田原(TianYuan) released her first album, 'A wishful way', in 2002 as the singer and lyricist of the rock trio, Hopscotch.
She left the band to pursue her acting career, appearing in over 10 full length and short films.
In 2004 she took the role as Yip in the film 'Butterfly' .
As a result, she was nominated as the Best New Performer at the Taiwan Golden Horse Awards in 2004.
Then in 2005, she recieved the award for Best New Artist at the Hong Kong Film Awards.
Returning to the sonic realm, TianYuan is now in the studio working on her new album for Dong Music.
